1. What was first initial thought about the prototype?
Imelda: My first initial thought about the prototype, is that is great, it covers everything that we do in our department.
Toni: I like how it is organized.
Victor: As it is, it looks well organized and functional.
Maria: My first thought is that our LAC has lots of resources. I think it look good.
2. What do you like about it?
Imelda: What I really like about it is that it is well organized and it will be very simple to look at specific information.
Toni: The way how we help students and parents.
Victor: (No comment made).
Maria: What I like about it? The set-up is very well distributed.
3. What do you not like about it?
Imelda: There is nothing that I didn't like, it looks very organized.
Toni: There is nothing that I do not like--it is very nicely done.
Victor: (No comment made).
Maria: What I don’t like is the lack of space for all that information.
4. What are some things about the prototype that can be improved?
Imelda: The prototype looks good and I do not see room for improvement, because it covers all the information.
Toni: The prototype does not need any improvement.
Victor: However, the following changes might increase its functionality. Move the general information under welcome. Also, moving appointments to under services below bilingual testing & translating will add to its functionality. Hours and direction might perhaps serve better under welcome. Finally, I do not know how you would do it or if it is possible, but it seem logical that the calendar be somehow connected to appointments.
Maria: No need for improvement. (just space)
5. Is there anything that you feel should be included?
Imelda: Maybe, the hours of operation and directions should be under general information.
Toni: No, because it shows everything in detail and the color shows the different things in the LAC department.
Victor: (No comment made).
Maria: I think what needs to be added is information regarding days and hours of operation.
